Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data processed via the public website trardi.com. It does not cover data processed under a specific client engagement — those terms are governed by a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between TRARDI GROUP and the client.
Data we collect
We only collect what you actively provide via the contact form:
- —Name — to address you personally
- —Work email — to reply to your request
- —Company (optional) — to contextualize our response
- —Message content — the information you choose to share
We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not run third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we process your data
The only purpose is to respond to your inbound request and, if relevant, to start a commercial conversation about a potential engagement.
Legal basis (GDPR art. 6.1.b): pre-contractual measures taken at your request. You are in control of initiating the contact, and we process the data strictly to answer you.
How long we keep your data
If the exchange does not lead to an engagement, we delete your contact data within 12 months of the last interaction.
If we sign an engagement, your data is migrated to the scope of the commercial contract and governed by the DPA attached to that contract.
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors strictly for the operation of this website and its contact form:
Vercel Inc.
Website hosting and edge delivery. Location: EU region (Frankfurt). Data processed: request logs, IP addresses (hashed with a secret salt for rate-limiting), standard HTTP metadata.

Managed Postgres database used to store contact form submissions (the lead record is our source of truth; email is only a notification). Location: EU region (Frankfurt). Data stored: name, email, company, message, salted IP hash, locale, timestamps. Transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Transactional email delivery for the two messages triggered by each contact form submission: a notification sent to TRARDI GROUP and a confirmation sent back to you. Data processed: your email address, name, and message content, transmitted only to deliver these two emails. Transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Resend privacy policy ↗We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party marketing tracker on this site.
International transfers
Our hosting provider (Vercel) operates globally. Data processed for the operation of this website may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
