The hosting provider may process the IP address, date, requested URL, browser and diagnostic data in logs required to deliver, secure and maintain the service. TRARDI Group does not use this data to build a profile. No third-party audience measurement, advertising pixel or consent-based tracker is embedded in the current version of the site.

The form transmits your name, organisation, work e-mail address, the subject of your request and your message to TRARDI Group, through a transactional e-mail provider. This data is used solely to answer your request and, at your initiative, to prepare a possible contractual relationship. An acknowledgement is sent to you.

Access is limited to TRARDI Group staff handling the request and to strictly necessary providers: Vercel for website delivery, a transactional e-mail provider for the form, and Google Workspace for professional e-mail. These providers may operate outside the European Economic Area under their contractual safeguards and the GDPR transfer mechanisms.

An exchange that does not lead to an engagement is kept for no more than three years after the last contact initiated by the person, unless erasure is requested or a shorter period is appropriate. If a contract is signed, data required for its performance and for legal obligations follows the periods applying to that file. Technical logs follow the period documented by the host.

Depending on the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Write to contact@trardi.com and state your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. No automated decision or profiling is carried out from this data.

This page will be updated before adding an analytics tool, a new provider or a new purpose. The review date identifies the applicable version.
